A user on Reddit1 has exposed

“A friend saw it in the WeChat group saying that Xtool and Snapmaker are making a co-branded printer. He thinks it will be a counterattack against Bambu. What do you think?”
Ovzn previously reported that xTool had invested in Snapmaker. It’s not hard to see that they are joining forces to support each other and navigate market changes together.

For starters, the 3D printer has been shown completing a 4-material 3D print using what appears to be a 4-head tool changer. This makes this 3D printer feel more like a compacted Prusa XL than a standard core-XY 3D printer.
xTool is most commonly known for its laser cutters. Now, it looks like xTool is entering the 3D printing market with the help of Snapmaker.
As Bambu Lab enters the laser cutting market with the H2D, xTool enters the 3D printing market. What an exciting time for the maker market!
