Recently, Luxembourg-based Artec 3D secured €15 million in venture debt financing from the European Investment Bank. Over the next three years, the funds will primarily support the development of a new generation of 3D scanners and data processing algorithms. The R&D efforts will be centered at the company’s Luxembourg headquarters, with some activities also taking place at its Portuguese branch.

The financing project is backed by the European Commission’s “InvestEU” program.
