On Tuesday, Elegoo debuted its new Jupiter 2 3D printer at RAPID + TCT in Detroit.
The Chinese 3D printing company plans to officially launch this desktop machine in Q3 2025, describing it as “a bold step forward in enhancing the resin 3D printing experience for both hobbyists and professional users.”

Chris Hong, CEO of Elegoo, stated, “We’re setting a new industry benchmark by offering reliable and efficient printers capable of handling demanding projects with consistent results.”
A standout feature of the Jupiter 2 is its dual-door design and larger build volume, measuring 302.40 x 161.98 x 300.00 mm. It features a 14-inch 16K LCD screen that delivers an industry-leading 20×26 µm XY resolution, and a fully enclosed light source that is said to ensure “perfect prints.”
The printer introduces several new user-friendly features, including a multi-point auto-leveling system for precise calibration, and a modular design that allows users to replace the LCD screen within 10 minutes. It also includes an intelligent resin management system with a detachable cartridge that holds 2 kg resin bottles for automatic feeding and recycling. Elegoo claims the heated resin vat supports a range of engineering-grade materials and keeps the resin at an optimal temperature to maintain consistent results throughout the print. Other features include an automatic overheating alert system, a built-in camera for remote monitoring, and integration with Elegoo’s SatelLite slicer.
After becoming one of the top four brands in its price segment in 2024 and dominating the entry-level market, Elegoo recently unveiled its flagship FDM 3D printer, the Centauri Carbon, at TCT Asia. The Centauri Carbon features a fully enclosed chamber, a dual-sided build plate with a PLA-specific surface, and a heating capability of up to 30°C, making it compatible with a variety of high-temperature materials. Elegoo describes the printer as “engineered for high-speed, high-quality printing with unparalleled user-friendliness, suitable for all skill levels.”
